Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

At Feral Country Outfitters, our products are made to order, which means each item is created especially for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, wrong colour choice, or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.

Please check your size, colour, design and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, resend or refund where appropriate.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are still entitled to a remedy if an item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees.

How do I initiate a return?

Please email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item.

Returns or issue claims must be reviewed before any refund, replacement or resend is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Most items are made to order before they are shipped. PODpartner says most orders are produced and shipped within around 48 hours after payment, though production times can vary during busy periods. Shipping time depends on your location and shipping method.

As a general guide, please allow approximately:

Australia: 7–15 business days after production
International: 10–30 business days after production

Remote areas, customs delays, public holidays and peak seasons may take longer. PODpartner’s shipping page also lists Rest of World standard shipping as 10–30 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship internationally to many locations. Shipping options, costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take a little while to appear after dispatch.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because our items are made to order, we may not be able to change or cancel your order once it has entered production.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We’ll do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once production has started.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Feral Country Outfitters products are made to order, which means your item is created especially for you after checkout.

This helps reduce waste, avoid overproduction and keep our drops fresh.

What sizes do you stock?

Sizing varies depending on the product. Each product page includes its own size guide, so please check the measurements before ordering.

When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit — especially with hoodies, oversized tees and streetwear-style pieces!
